What ages does your practice see?
Counseling sessions are available for Florida residents aged 16 and older and Vermont residents aged 18 and older. All life coaching services are available to adults aged 18+.

Where do you offer session?
I provide professional counseling for residents of Florida and Vermont. My coaching services are not limited by state lines; therefore, we can connect virtually from anywhere!

Do you offer sessions in person?
I aim to make our time together as accessible as possible. Due to licensing and insurance requirements, services vary by state. If you are in Florida, we can meet in person at my office or connect virtually. For Vermont residents, I provide psychotherapy through secure video sessions. Life coaching services are offered through secure video sessions from any location.

What is the difference between psychotherapy or counseling and life coaching?
Counseling utilizes psychotherapy interventions to explore and manage deep emotional, cognitive, and psychosomatic challenges like anxiety or depression. In contrast, life coaching is all about your future, helping you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. While therapy focuses on clinical recovery and mental wellness, coaching offers the structure and accountability needed to reach specific personal or professional milestones. Do you take insurance?
Yes. However, due to state licensing and insurance regulations, insurance is only accepted for psychotherapy services provided to Florida residents. I am not currently on any insurance panels in Vermont. Life coaching sessions are not covered by insurance or HSA/FSA funds.

What are your fees?
Psychotherapy session rates are $135 via credit or debit card, or $130 when paying with cash, Zelle, Venmo, or HSA/FSA funds. Life coaching rates are $105 via credit or debit, or $100 when paying with cash, Zelle, or Venmo. I also offer a sliding scale for coaching specifically for college seniors and recent graduates entering the workforce.
